Vegetable Beef Soup
1 or 2 – Pounds Ground Chuck
1 – 16 oz Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 – 16 oz Can Green Beans
1 – 16 oz Can New Sliced or Whole Potatoes
1 – 16 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 – 16 oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 – 16 oz Can Mixed Vegetables
1 – Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 – Tablespoon Salt
1
– Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 – Tablespoon Sugar
1 – Tablespoon Parsley
1 – Teaspoon Bay leaf
1 – Teaspoon Oregano
1
– Mild Onion, chopped
1
– Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
1
– Red Bell Pepper, chopped
Add water to desired consistency
Replace canned vegetables with fresh ones for more taste.
Brown Hamburger, Drain & Wash. Add all ingredients together and simmer at 250 degrees. Add water to get the consistency you want. Stir occasionally. The longer it cooks, the better it gets.
Add or subtract amounts to your taste.
Serve in bowl with cornbread, bread or crackers ENJOY
