Taco Soup

about 1 Gallon

1 – Pounds Ground Chuck
16 oz – Stewed Tomatoes  
16 oz - Diced Tomatoes
16 oz – Corn, whole kernel yellow
16 oz – Chili Beans
16 oz - Rotel tomatoes  
16 0z - Kidney beans
1/2 cup Chunky Salsa, Mild
1 – Packages Taco Seasoning  
1 – Package Ranch Dressing Mix  
1 – Small Can Green Chilies  
1 – Small Sweet Onion, chopped  
1 – Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped  
1 – Red Bell Pepper, chopped  

Brown Hamburger, Drain & Wash.  Add all ingredients together and simmer at 250 degrees.  Add water to get the consistency you want.  Stir occasionally.  Bring to boil then reduce heat to 200 degrees.  The longer it cooks, the better it gets.

Serve in bowl over corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers

Top with shredded cheddar cheese
